Build responsive portfolio site with custom backend.

Hello there! I am looking to hire a full stack developer to build a fully responsive portfolio site with a simple but custom backend. The design of the website has already been completed , it now just need to be coded up in pristine HTML5/CSS3 , preferably without a framework like bootstrap/foundation however CSS resets/normalizing is fine. I am front-end fluent so I will be checking the code. The front-end pages : Some mockups of the front-end have been attached + see a version I never finished here to get some idea of the functionality + design : [login to view URL] - Homepage : Includes dynamic content pulled from the backend such as portfolio pieces and blog post thumbnails. Simple contact form that sends to email. - Blog Post Listing page : Display all blog posts pulled from backend with some basic filtering and sorting. - Blog Post page : Standard blog post with data pulled from backend. - Portfolio/Case Study page : Page that goes further in depth into a portfolio piece , everything pulled from backend. The backend : Simple but secure authentication system , can use open source solution. Login / Password. Registration not needed. - Blog Posts : Able to add/edit/remove blog posts Add/edit posts with simple WYSIWYG editor interface and some inputs for things like category. - Portfolio Pieces : Able to add/edit/remove portfolio pieces. Add/edit portfolio pieces with simple WYSIWYG editor interface and some inputs for featured images based on template. For the time being this service is only for my own site but I has to be very easy to expand upon and modular. I should be able to upload the files to server and hook it up for a new site with ease. IF things go well , I will be expanding the platform with more features + maybe allowing others to use it. This means I'll be working with the winning bidder for a while to come if this goes well.
