Build a payslip webpage within OrangeHRM

Dear All, first of all, i want to make it clear, only who stay in Singapore can get this project for easy communication and discuss. I have very very bad experience with other country developer, it is simple webpage and he promised deliver the page within 5 days, you may check my previous project, who accepted my project. the first two days were going well, discuss the details, and after that he refuse reply my email and skype even i saw him online. now i still arguing with Freelancer for the refund. waste my one week time. requirement I am working on a human resource management system for a client, using Open source OrangeHRM system, but my client need a pay slip module. build in payslip module into OrangeHRM is cost too much. so my idea is 1: create a page "payslip" 2: read employee list from OrangeHRM database. 3: list all the employee name on the left side of screen. following "issue" button right after their name 4: click "issue", the main screen will display empty preset "payslip" 5: after issued the payslip. system will email out the payslip to named email address. system do not record any data for safety and security reason. there are small changes on the payslip format. Pay Type: drop down list (Cheque, Cash, Bank Transfer, others) CDAC contribution: Drop down list (CDAC, SINDA, ECF, others) Below Employee CPF contribtuion, add two line.
