Build extra functionality to a WordPress Site

Need the functionality bellow added to this wordpress site : [login to view URL] Each article writer I hire will need to have a login name and password. So a login page that leads to an upload page where they will write a headline title, upload a headline picture and upload an article is necessary. That upload page also needs to have an input so the writer can include their name, email address and/or their twitter account like you see on articles for regular news sites. I want the upload to create a brand new page for the client that only has their article on it. The link/URL for that page is what will be sent to the client so they can post to their social media accounts. It will show in their feed like a news article. I want to make sure the blurb Facebook shows of the headline also includes the name of my site (I think Facebook makes this happen automatically thought to be honest) When one of their followers clicks the link article in their feed it will take them to the article page. The article page should feature a nav bar at the bottom that will link back to Oantidj.com. But that is the only place it should take them. They shouldn't be able to see other articles. The clients do not need their own login. Client privacy is ensured by the fact that their article cannot be accessed via the main site. Only the writer has the link and from there only the clients Facebook friends will be able to access the article once it is shared.
