Build a Website with .Net or Yii

Hello We need website for categorized news business model. 1) In the main page just we have log in link and signup link 2) After log in we have 2 section – Section A) is left panel which show the name of the news categorized for example Electronic news, construction news …. It work as filter with check box for example when user select Electronic news then just related news in electronic will be filter and show in main body. It should be able to multi select. We have 2 filter via categorize and country Section B) is main body for showing news. Each news will be show in box with image and in each line we have 3 boxes. This is very simple business model. We want show categorized news to our customer which can be able to filter and search. 3) When the user will click on each news box then can see the details of that news. 4) We have email alert service so they will configure the interested category or country or keyword. They will configure this email alert so they will receive daily title of news as that configuration. 5) We have 2 type subscriptions. Free members can log in , search and … but when click on the news box for see the detail of news they will get the message “ you are free member and should upgrade your membership”. In paid member we have 1 year subscription and 2 year subscription. Before expire we should send notification for renew and user do it. 6) In user profile they should have counter for history of visited news and be able to filter how many visited for each categorizes and countries or more. For paid member they should have counter of day used and how many days have in contract. Additional in user setting as I mentioned email alert setting. 7) For subscription payment we accept PayPal and credit card. 8) In admin panel we should see the customers ( free , paid ) manually activation and deactivation , billing , email alert send , upload and modify news, operator access control … 9) Above is summery our request, surely some details for each page will be added and you can recommend professional advice. you should make wireframe Our job is simple and you can find a lot of agency news website to get the idea for professional design and as you see we don’t have more pages but we need It responsive pages .
