Build a Website

I've been on Guru for years and am becoming very unsatisfied with the quality of developers. So I thought I would try Freelancer. My name is Michelle and I own a website design company in Florida. I've been in business for 15 years and specialize in SEO. So the right candidate will need to also have an understanding of SEO. Examples are: Please don't use H1 tags 10 times on a page. The client has a website and is looking for a redesign. All the content on the old website is current.
