Build Video Software to replace Green Screen background with Image or Video

IMP: We need a coder or a programmer!!!

Develop an online system - or a desktop system that interfaces with online image and video assets such that users can:

1. Choose a background image.

2. Pick green screen video foreground, such as a person talking in front of a green background.

3. Using controls to pick and adjust the key-color and the tolerance, chroma-key out the green and put the foreground over the background.

4. Then produce new video mp4 file to save to the user's hard disk. This should be done online if possible.

If 100% online is not possible, then a simple desktop application that works with the online system is ok.
