Build an Online Store

Looking for a PHP Script exactly the same like www [dot] casualleasingaustralia [dot] com with ADMIN panel. Genral & Special Features are required: 1. Booking Casual Space for Shopping Centers 2. Users will be give a graphic layout of the shopping center with the space/kiosk selection. (only in 2D), similar like bus seat selection. Along with the space we should show features like (Available of Electricity, Plumbing, Showcase etc.,) 3. Users will be able to select the dates from the calendar view 4. Register / Login using google+,facebook,gmail or any other social plugins 5. User will have their own account with profile settings option to add or edit their Personal Name, Business Name, ABN, Upload documents (Delete/Update/Add new) 6. Pay by Paypal Australia, Debit/Credit card. 7. Generate Invoices automatically and store then in the user account. 8. There could be more, I think the above will explain you briefly of what I am looking for now?
