Build a Metronic Template Based System

We are looking to have a Metronic dashboard template developed into a working admin and client side dashboards. This is the template that we will provide you: ([login to view URL]). Plus another template for the landing page. We are a cell phone related company that needs to have the dashboard populated with the data collected in real time. Some of the data that needs to be populated are, extracted information from multiple APIs at the same time, Payment information (add money once payment is verified using multiple payment options like PayPal, Stripe), client activity information, billing information (able to populate an invoice instantly), we need to be able to send and receive email messages using Metronic’s built in inbox system, handle data over API and send emails instantly when that data arrives over API in a specific manner. A news section controlled by admin and viewed by clients. We also need the ability to limit what information each individual client can sees or have access to and limit the prices they get for certain services and have full control over their accounts. We will also need a landing page with matching layout of admin template. We will require other features that we will discuss in details and you MUST complete when requested to do something without complaining about extra cost or time to finish. The candidate that we will choose must have years of experience in Material Design, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, SQL, PayPal API, Stripe Payments API, Restful API, PHP, Ajax. We are not only looking for a programmer to code, the coding must be clean, you have to keep in mind that we are not only looking for the code to work, but your coding must be well designed and commented, it must follow software engineering design guidelines in terms of documentation and neatness and this is a very important topic that we will focus on and if we feel you are coding in a way that is not clean we will cancel the project and hire someone else!
