Build an E-COMMERCE Website (Need PHP Expert)

1) Approximately 500 product initially but want functionality for more (1000+) in the future. We already have the ability to run credit cards through Virtual Merchant/Concerge. Elavon Virtual Merchant payment gateway. 2) You can use different fonts, if you have some that will look better but let's use those images as per attached design. I want two separate Home pages. One for Wholesale Customers and the other for Retail Customers. Which one they see will depend on whether the Wholesale customer logs in for Wholesale Pricing. I want to make sure you understand that when a customer searches for our website, the site should default to show the Retailer site. Then, there should be something in the menu bar that says "Wholesale Customers Login Here". Once they click on it then at that point the customer should enter their email address. They won't have a password yet so they can enter a temporary one (uptowngirls) that I will give them and then they should be directed to set up a new one upon their first entry in to the Wholesale site. Once they log in then they should see the wholesale pricing, wholesale Home page, etc. If their email is not recognized then they will need to fill in info that will notify us. Note: The Retail Customer should never see the wholesale pricing. For the a Retail Customer, they will establish their own customer record by entering all their information but they won't qualify as a Wholesale customer until I check the Wholesale box on their customer record. Maybe include something when they are adding all their contact information that tells them to contact us directly to qualify for wholesale pricing. Does this make sense? For the “What’s Hot & Next in Fashion” image, if the customer clicks on that image then they should be directed to the BLOG page. Even I have a product list and customer list xml files which you need to be imported. Website should be responsive which means it will appear the same on a computer, iPad/tablet, or phone?
