Bootstrap SAAS Developer

I am looking for a developper that is easy to work with and that have alot of experience with bootstrap and these kind of environements. Please, no team of highly trained monkeys from peru and please do not bid if you are not prepared, open and ready to make it happen with me. I purchased the SAAS full version of an AMAZING landing pages creator (demo below). The source code is not encrypted and there are no licensing callbacks.
