Basic exit popup plugin

Hey, I need a very basic wordpress plugin created that will give the end use the ability to add an exit popup like the free one at [login to view URL] to any (or all) pages/posts in their wordpress site. The script needs to be very user friendly. Pick the page(s) or posts(s) and then pick the page that has the pop up content (most likely a basic title, image and email form). The script I linked to is already mobile responsive, so there's no additional coding for that. I'll retain full rights to the plugin once it's completed and will provide any graphics needed for the project.
