Require a html web application that can indicate bandwidth performance, jitter and latency very similar to www.speedtest.net. The application will need to reside on a Linux of Mac server. This server will be on a private MPLS network therefore tests will be from remote site LAN to a data centre terminating router. The initial server will need to be configured remotely by the successful freelancer with Full instructions being produced on how the software is deployed further. Thought must be given to the security of the application and performance requirements based on 100 simultaneous test.
A form or license key management for multiple customers is required to enable me to charge annually for this app/service
The HTML test page and results page must be customisable with logos etc for direct end user/clients and results must be able to be exported to an email address
