Back To Basics TF2

Requirements: Looking for a website designer with 1 or more years in field. Must have small graphic/website design experience. Bootstrap knowledge required. Previous projects with SteamAPI worked into websites preferred. SteamAPI knowledge is a must. PHP/Javascript/Node.js are likely to be used. Must be experienced in HTML and CSS. node.js and PHP knowledge preferred. ESports experience is a huge plus. The project: A small video game league website, based around the game Team Fortress 2. A simple home page, that shows a few images, with a description and a title. An about page, that just explains what the site is. A sign in button, must be a Steam Login button, using the Steam API. 300+ hours required in TF2 to enter the website. Once logged in, an extra page pops up called Signup. The signup page will include a form, (built into site), that can be filled out. The last page will be called standings. This will show all the teams playing in the league. Editing the standings page by an admin must be easy. Standings and Signups page don't appear unless user is logged in.
