Amazon MWS script needed -- upload price/quantity inventory report

You must be experienced in Amazon MWS. We will not provide you with production/test accounts so you must have your own credentials to create these scripts.
They can be written in python or php.
The requirement is the script will upload the price/quantity inventory file specified in the command line. The MWS credentials can be hard coded variables in the script.
