I have a website where I would like to build a back-end to enable users to share (upload and download video clips, stills and finished/edited video). There is also some minor changes that need to be made to the existing site which is [url removed, login to view] including optimization for mobile devices. The right candidate will have experience with website design and managing video and still photo content including compressing and optimizing content for mobile devices. I have divided it into 3 separate milestones and I have uploaded a word document with more details.
PLEASE note I added one milestone to the project- an animated gif/jpeg on the home page. More details are in the UPDATED specs word document which I just uploaded.
