First of all, I am an independent freelancer so any work will be done very fast and carefully, as I am not outsourcing like indians use to do (you can see they ask for 30 days or more to get it done) Second, as I work with Opencart since the very first versions 1.x and I am familiar with any model/controller/tpl or settings of it, so this new layout will be a piece of cake.
