Add features to website that uses mysql and php to produce and store audits

Audits due - create a simple table that I enter in cities and due dates Audits past due - display audits past due and display as to how many days past and include a check box to mark complete when completed resets the audit due day ( adds a 365days or once a yr) Audits open - this will pull from the current database and list audits open and provide a link to click and view it Audit history - this will compare audits done and when it compares two items marked "NO" I from the same city location it will provide a link to new page and list audits and items matching "no" also provide a hide it from the audit history list or mark it reviewed. Print - need to be able to print attachments along with audit form Add Email function - on the print screen have it be able to print to email and include attachments if any. (AGS training tab) nothing needs to be done here except the print to email function and send attachments it needed. refer to picture attachment - I attached login access if needed to see how the database are setup and included a sql dump to see how it works
