Add a custom text field in shipping plugin

my requirement for woocommerce checkout page (shipping options) is to display additional details for each shipping methods like the attached picture ([login to view URL]). currently the details of each method cannot be shown using the plugin. this is the exact plugin i am using on site for displaying different shipping methods on the cart page.. [login to view URL] my requirement is to modify the above mentioned 'shipping plugin' through '[login to view URL]' of woocommerce theme. 1) this is how i want to modify the plugin (see attached pic [login to view URL] ) 2) this is how shipping method and details should look on the cart page (see [login to view URL]) Note: only contact if you have done this kind of work before and can modify the plugins using [login to view URL] file.
