Add alt text short code to wordpress vc ultimate addons info list items

I used the ultimate addons to create info lists on my pages. I used custom images instead of icons and the alt text from these images is not being output on the front end. I located the pfp file that needs to be improved. For now I just added the alt text to the php code but this is not dynamic because all the images in the info list have the exact same alt text. I need the php script to grab the alt text already stored within the wordpress media center for that specific image. see the attached file [login to view URL] line 232
