Social Networking and Scalable Webapp

The project: A scalable social networking webapp based on a combination of a few select features from [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], including video uploading capabilities. By [login to view URL], I mean the older version of facebook. I’m mainly interested in their registration, profile creation, friends invite and login processes. I’ve provided documentation that shows model screen shoots of the webapp’s two core web pages: the profile page and the page that houses the apps main features ??" video, blog, and bookmarking. Client-side: XHTML/DHTML, Ajax, JavaScript, CSS (no messy tables please) Server-side: PHP Template System: (See documentation) Video uploading technology: (See documentation) Database: MySQL Operating System: Linux Long Term Collaboration I would like to see the progress of this project from time to time to make sure all needs are met. An online demo will also be required before transaction. Some changes may be requested during the process but will be minimal. The programmer must be dependable and prompt. Please respond ONLY if you have experience with building large-scale sites with scalability experience. Experience with Web 2.0 and streaming media (including Flash video) highly preferred. Extensive experience in advanced data handling and databases is required. I must see fully fuctional examples online of similar work you have done to demonstrate your expertise in these areas. Access to project specifications will be granted only to qualified bidders. Full access to the webserver will be provided to the winning bidder. Please feel free to respond, if you are interested. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
