Wordpress Web Site from PSD & template

Talented web developer to convert a PSD design to Wordpress (see attached). Will can supply you with this Wordpress template as a starting point [login to view URL] or any other template on this site [login to view URL] The homepage has a Flash image rotater which should come from the Wordpress template. The homepage also has 3 tabs that the user can move between via client-side javascript (Key Products, Services, and Applications). Also on the homepage are 3 YouTube videos. On all pages, there are slide down forms for "Request a Quote, Request an Audit, and Request a Demo". In total the site has 20 pages including homepage, 3 product pages, FAQ, about us, overview, our people, resellers, our approach, news, contact us, services, applications, resources, case studies, white papers, links, success stories, online demonstration, request a quote, and request an energy audit. The text and images for these pages will be supplied to you. There is also a Contact Us page which needs to send form details to an email address. The attached image shows 2 of the 5 homepage banners plus 4 detail pages - contact us, overview, case studies, and a product page. The other detail pages will be similar to these 4. A full size version of all pages will be given to you as PSD files. Please reply with examples of similar work you have done. You need to show a detailed understanding of Wordpress.
