Hi,
I'm looking for a application that will run inside my MS Windows desktop where it display a set of round clocks with the times in a country, for example: 2 clocks, 1 with New York time and 1 clock with Hong Kong time.
This isn't a normal desktop application but one that run *inside* the desktop keeping the current desktop background image (if possible - please advise), display the clocks in the middle, clocks must be very visible (not too small or too big), be arrange in a grid.
I want the following places:
* New York
* Hong Kong
* UK (England)
* Hawaii
* South Africa
* Japan
The goal of this application is to allow me to look at it anytime and know the time in a clients country.
Delivery is 14 days, please indicate if you require more time.
In bid:
* Include technology that you'll use (I'm a coder as'well so you can talk technically);
* Give weekly progress reports which will be 2 times if done within 14 days.
* What requirements you need from me.
Other:
* Provide full source-code, code must be well documented / commented.
* Don't use roman letters in the clocks but normal 1 - 12.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

Some points:
Should be analogue clocks.
Using active desktop is the correct technology - I don't want a standard normal desktop application.
A question that nobody answered:
Will my background image stay on the desktop at back of the clocks?
