This bid should be considered only by coders who has VOIP, H323,SIP and Networking skills... I don't think any coder who hasn't never developed anything like this could be able to make it working. So please if you don't have this kind of skills, just leave the bid. Thanks. If you are a skilled H323, TCP/IP, Network, TLC coder, this is the right time to use your skill. I need a Skype like application with all the features of skype (no video needed). This application should have something like Skype Out service using H323 VOIP gateways and gatekeeper system based on GNUGK. Final goal is to terminate calls on PSTN phones as SkypeOut. Application will be able to be customized in looks and grphic style using skin templates (like Winamp does and other nice tools out there...) Skype API usage can be evaluated if they can help but anyway application must be able to be used with firewalls too such as Skype using open outgoing connections and not incoming ports. I wait for you coders...
