Bluetooth Proximity Marketing Software for Windows & Apple

We're looking for a simple program that will run on both Windows and Apple's OS and provide a small bluetooth proximity advertising system. The program would use the use of a Bluetooth Dongle connected to the computer, or a plugged in Bluetooth enabled mobile device (if possible) to constantly search and ping for nearby bluetooth devices and automatically send a connection request. If the user accepts the connection, they would automatically receive the pre-determined content uploaded into the software via an easy to understand interface. If possible, it would be nice for users to see what their mobile content will look like on user's mobile phones by utilizing a mobile phone screen simulator in the shape of a mobile phone. It should have support for the following; (if possible) • Text • Still images [GIF or JPG files] • Animated images [GIF files] • Audio [WAV, RMF, MP3, MP4 or Ringtone files] • Video [RM, 3GP or MP4 files] • Java Applications [JAR files] • vCard [Business Card files] • vCal [Calendar Event files] The software should store user information, and the content that has already been delivered to the device to prevent duplicate dispatching. It would basically form a user content file per active connection it makes as a memory for what it's done with that user in the past. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All versions of Windows XP All possible versions of Apple's OS's
