Wordpress Websites ONGOING

I have several projects that I always have going on. Some are larger than others, but from time to time I need web work done. I have several small websites of my own. Some are basic HTML type sites, some are done as custom WordPress templates. Occasionally I need these modified or enhanced. I am also very involved in several other businesses/non-profits and seem to be asked to help with web projects often. I had a developer for the past few years that has taken care of my work as needed, on an hourly basis. Unfortunately he has recently gone through some changes in his primary job and is no longer able to help. I have a hosting account with Network Solutions where we host most of the sites. Is this something you would be interested in doing? Couple examples of projects I need completed right now: 1) I am the President of my neighborhood HOA. We need to put up a very basic website. I would like to do as a WordPress template so we can add content ourselves. Very basic site. I have the domain name already. 2) I have a existing site that is a custom WordPress site, that I post results of dog show events that I participate in. I need a new "page" created for a new dog that I am now showing. Let me know what you would charge, etc.
