Please do not bid without reading description. I want you to develope a whole voice over talent directory and community. PHP+MYSQL, good design also required. Pleople can register, login and add their profiles and audio demos, also can be able to publish casting calls, courses for voice overs or add a link into voice over business related directory (recording studios, schools, special effects and music libraries...) There will be different accounts. When you first register you will get a free account but you can also upgrade your account to any of the paid accounts. Paid accounts will be better because you can show direct contact details and will be able to publish more adds (voice over profiles, casting calls, courses and links into the directory) and you will have more web space to add your audio demos. Different accounts features will be set up through backend (personal web page (yes/no), webspace, visible contact...) Registered users who has published any add can buy a featered space for their adds. Future spaces will be sold per clicks. For example I am a voice over and I have publish my profile and I buy a 1000 clicks pack for my profile to be feautured. If there are featured adds, each page will show some of those adds in the featured adds zone. First will be shown those which are relevant to the search you are making or the web zone you are visiting and after those, randomly. For example: if I am searching of a male voice over talent in London aged 30-50 years old with a corporate tone, and the system has a featured add with those characteristics this one will be shown first, later those less relevant and later randomly. There will also be a very simple forum (no phpBB or any other premaid forum) The site will be run in different languages, so must be driven by a [login to view URL], lang_fr.inc.php... filesystem. You don´t have to do any translation, but have to be easily to translate and add languages to the website. Please do not mess the site languages with languages that voice over talent are able to speak and will select in their profiles. Links in the site must also be "static" using mod_rewriting, so, for example, when visiting a voice over profile you will be linked to a page like [login to view URL] instead of [login to view URL] To be able to pay for paid accounts or featured adds users must be able to add funds to their accounts through Paypal and must be easy to add any other system. Payment will be 50% when project completed and demo shown in your server, and other 50% when installed in my server. Please note that this is a short description of the whole project.
