Update wordpress Gallery and picture layout

WORK NEEDS TO BE STARTED RIGHT AWAY and finished within a few hours!! I need to get a gallery working properly within this wordpress theme in any way possible. Here is the link: [login to view URL] Ideally i would like to click on the gallery post or page and then inside that page have a full gallery for that event which means multiple pics. I DONT only want to have one page per picture as it is currently setup. It can be setup to go to a page or a post but I don't know how to put a gallery into it properly. Also I would like the featured image to resize properly on the page or post teaser. Rather than just saw part of the picture.
