I need someone who can build a site with the following requirements:
- Based on MySQL
- User's should be able to upload images (like a YouTube) if logged in
- Users should be able to rate images if logged in
- Users should have their own profile
- Site search
- Tagging of images with keywords
- User should be able to leave comments for uploaded images
- Main page will show most recently added images, sub pages will show the image in more detail
- Each sub page must have a unique ID for easy link forwarding
All the software should be opensource.
