Real Estate Website + add-ons

We are a partnership looking to create a new kind of real estate business. One of us has appropriate web skills for this project but does not have the time to complete it, so we want to pay someone to build it for us. It would probably best suit a small IT company which is looking for an extra project. You must have excellent English language skills and understand optimisation of code. Please, no amateurs. Full specification will be provided and we will be a little flexible on pricing because obviously you don't want to read a long complete specification here. We want a php/mysql/ajax website. No flash, but a little bit of javascript obviously. Must have a good-looking design - you can use an existing design but change colours etc in order to make it unique, but we don't want just a copy of someone else's site. The site is to be a "For Sale By Owner" type, so there will be the usual pages - home, about, register, sign in/out, upload property details, update property details, messages, search, search results, search detail, block member, report member, saved searches, search alerts. A few more obviously, but fairly straightforward. Premium members and Standard (Free) members. Premium property and Standard property. Premium members will be able to see all properties but Standard members may not be allowed to see some. Premium members will be able to message anyone but Standard members may not be allowed to message some. Premium members will be able to save their searches/set up Search Alerts. Premium members will be able to add extra email addresses to which a copy of all their activity (eg property uploaded/updated/deleted, message received, message sent) Page content is to be selected from database, based on locale, or language if no locale is available, with a default of en_gb. You need to understand Google Maps API (javascript v3), in order to limit search by distance or the area of a bounding box, display map, street view, etc Also, facebook Likes, Activity, and Open Graph. Webpage width to be based upon browser width. Two column layout, with left-hand column for website content and right-hand column for google ads, google news, facebook Likes, facebook Activity, Twitter, etc Every sign in, search, page view, message, upload, update, etc is to be logged, together with ip address and member id if signed in. Please give an indication of price and provide examples of your work. We want a rich-looking website and we are not in a hurry to start immediately. We want some other work undertaken so maybe you will want to bid for that too. We will post projects to (1) get facebook Likes for a facebook page for the real estate business and (2) data entry of property details that are to be copied from other websites. We will want at least 5000 UK fb Likes in the first phase and probably more later. All fb accounts & Likes must be genuine in order that our fb page isn't viewed negatively by fb - we are willing to provide a competition with a prize fund for people that Like us if it helps. We will want at least 500 UK properties to be copied from websites that we will specify. If you want to indicate a price for (1) &/or (2) in addition to the main project, then please do so. You are not at a disadvantage for the main project if you do not bid for (1) and (2). We have many updates that we will want to add, so the project will produce a regular revenue stream for the provider if they do a good job and if they welcome further work in developing of the project.
