The site should support and display Chinese, so the MYSQL should use UTF8 ths site should could be easy to be multi-language, and support chinese , it is best that if you could add English language and Chinese Language in to the site by default. if you could not add Chinese language in it. I will do this job later, but please leave a language file so that the site could be easy to translate the language and being multi-language it should be using php mysql language, and better using jquery and ajax to decorate so that the site is easy to read and user friendly I love the style of [login to view URL], so you can also follow this site style to the design.
