I Need a Uniquie eCommerce Marketplace Website Built - repost

This website is a sort of marketplace, but users will be able to "borrow, or lend" as opposed to selling products, each "rental" will need to be able to have a specific time of renting (IE: 1 week, 2 weeks, etc). This is basically a marketplace website, but for lending out and borrowing items, as opposed to buying and selling items. Of course, the main merchant (myself), will need to be able to take a % of each rental transaction that a marketplace member makes. I need a specific CMS for handling the back-end, front-end and the functionality of the website. The actual functionality is pretty much standard eCommerce, except for the borrow or lend functionality replacing the buy and sell functionality. The back and front end needs and user interface display has been figured out already and planned out in an easy to read and understand design document and mind-map. I need a single developer who I can work with directly on this project, someone who can easily understand this project and hopefully future projects. What I am looking for: Firstly, and most importantly... A SINGLE developer, not a "team" or "company" A developer, who wants to do honest work for fair pay. A developer who wants to build a future working on more projects, steadily... A developer who can get work done quickly and easily, without breaking deadlines or making excuses. A developer who can communicate properly and openly. A developer who has read the ad and seen the companion files, and who articulates an intelligent plan for its development. What I am NOT looking for: A "team of experts" or a "company" of "professionals, who can do anything you need! Lets get real folks, if your "company" is in India, your credibility is nil at best. Usually such "companies" are a scam house, full of underpaid peons who can't speak proper English, who have a "manager" that speaks a little English and can be a good salesman / con artist. If you are a "team" kindly piss off now! People who can't read this ad and respond to things mentioned in it. (If you can't read the whole ad, your interest in this project can't be too great...) People who send me canned greetings, stating that "their team of expert developers can handle any task". I really don't give a darn if your sweatshop slave labor team can handle wordpress and graphic designs, poorly written SEO content or any of that other lingo jive talk garbage... People who give outrageous quotes, when I have already posted my limit. I know this job, because I designed it! I know what I should be paying an offshore developer, and I know what needs to go into this particular design. So please, don't try to scam me, you will end up being ignored and put on my personal "scuzzball list". Some numbnuts who has java hacks and injection viruses on their own site or who uses pirated junk to develop and gets a virus on the clients site... A "wordpress specia"l, you know, a website made with an existing CMS. Really... I could slap together a wordpress marketplace site in less than a day myself... this site needs CUSTOM functionality, that cannot be done with an existing CMS. Newbies, liars, scammers, lazy people, etc etc. So in closing, if you can understand the project and price, and you can convey that knowledge to me in a meaningful way, you will get my business. Now and into the future... I know you exist somewhere! If you have honor and integrity, show me and lets move forward! I have enclosed a jpeg of the UI page layout, as well as the design document for the project. Please go over BOTH, before bothering to respond to this ad.
