A) Totally what I need:
I was a motorcycle champion in Iran. also good Bicyclist and rally racer 10-15 years ago. Then in 35 I move to USA and attention how I had potential when I was younger if that time, Iran had better facility to grow people like us to be world champion. After many years I decided to be more positive for young capable on 3th/2th countries.
So I decided to make the adventure/motor sports website to have better effect to grow industrial sports there.
The site should write secure with the PHP/ Joomla ,Multilanguage English/
Persian/ Arabic/ Turkish/ armenian/ gorjian/ Indian/ Russian (also If we need to add any language be easy to do)

Must support 12 month after finishing free also after the 12 months with offer fee…
Please note that this is Idea and i need someone who can be very positive here. This is a complicated site that i need too much help from the web builder. I'm so sensitive and fastidious person and normally when do a job it should be 99% all right and satisfied. also as this is examine website and with many futures, i need someone who will not be tired soon, have good Ideas, be stable with good support and good communication true email/skype and also for long time co-operation to build better life. For this site and other site too.

C) details:
*The software must let us to add any sports/language/tabs as we will like in future.
* First thing in the site must be self-fertilization by the members, so I don't need too much time to supply it, also don't need employee for that.
* main part of the site should be English, I need the high hit sites that we will be member for that send news to our site and that info/news seat directly in our English area so the other user or translator or Google translator can translate it for their language. (we have to experience about it)
* the site should be see mostly by pictures, I mean a profile/ shop/news/…. Mostly should view by pictures then texts.
* member profile in other language can set their profile in English language too.
*Each sport should have great music on but be light to load too.
* when uploading any Pictures it should not be deform in L/W. also our watermark should be set automatic on all pictures.
* in Gallery the pictures should be in low and high size automatic
* Each week best pictures can win a prize. Any members can share any pictures & make tick it share for Prize pictures must have min 2Mgb re
