Domain Manager (Webtool to manage my domains!)

I need somebody who can write me a small and simple tool which is webbased to handle all my domain names I have at different ISP´s and reigstrars... I would like to have a editable database via a web-frontend where I can at least enter: Domain name: Reg Date: Exp Date Paid till: Renewal at: Registrar: DNS1 DNS2 Is www.<domain>.<ending> set? Is the domain name itself also with an A record reachable What is the MX record or are they? With priority... - Test sending emails to that domain automatically or by pressing a button Price paid last time: Billing method: <credit card / bank debit / paypal / bank transfer> Hosting at: <provider> Webpage online? How many subpages are online: (crawl using wget and count) Whois Entry - check whois entry every hour and store data in MySQL database - compare every whois entry if changes have been made Check if Domain is locked? Make DNS lookup for all hosts - hostlist -> put them into database check reverse lookup of IP adress - what name is given to that IP check AS number of DNS servers (using tracepath for example) and AS number of www and of mail and of MX record make traceroute to all hosts and store output into database What other webpages are hosted on the same IP adress? (how [login to view URL] is making such a lookup? or look at [login to view URL] they know all! - maybe you can just parse the information from domaintools which are free?!) Registrar: -Login: - Password - Price per Domain - com : - net - ... (just every ending) Handles: - check the email adress which is entered if it´s possible to send email to... Just have a look at [login to view URL] and copy from them as many features as you can... They are the best! But I need a tool locally... Deamons: * whois every hour and store into database / store only if changes have been made and log the changing date/time * lookup dns server every hour * check if domain is reachable * check if MX entry is reachable and try to send mail to it, but don'*t send the mail, just try to connect and after you rcpt, and mail from and "data" you don't finish with "." you just discoonect the IP conenction... so the mail won't be sent... * send emails to me in case a change of whois is made * send emails every day when a domain is expired or will be expired like in a daily report list with all domains from the next 7 days, all domains with changes the last 7 days, the last 14 days, the last month, the last 3 month, the last 6 month, the last 12 month... - and in the other direction as well (in the same steps), like will be expire in 7 days, in 14 days, in 30 days... etc... just send a html list with all domains... Billing Table: * Credit cards * Bank accounts * Invoices (as pdf file) --> create a own table where I can upload invoices as pdf file and associate / link them together with a domain name. Of course to the domain-invocie there it should be possible to enter a date, period, etc... Just be so kind and provide me a fair offer, where I guess you need around 3 -4 days to make such a tool... if you are in India or an affordable country like that, then with my budget of 150 USD - 200 USD it shouldnt be a problem to get a good tool which will do all kind of job for me to manage my domains in the future (i have around 200 domains!)... Additional features: * Make a screenshot of the webpage (startpage) and store it as jpg or image in the database - make screenshot ever 24hours... Tools: * parse all my emails and grep for domain names which are in my emails written... then this indicates that it´s about a registreation mail or at least a domain name I am talking about...
