Re-design of existing 9-page website and creation of very similar 9-page website

The project is in two parts, firstly I need the re-design of [login to view URL] to modernise it and bring it upto date. Secondly I need a new website created ([login to view URL] - domain name is already purchased and it is hosted on the same server as [login to view URL]). 1) Re-designing the [login to view URL] website: a) We will want a new page called Careers - the content of this page will simply be as follows: We are always looking for talented individuals who can deliver our high standards of service to demanding clients. If you would like to know more about our current vacancies within KS Associates, please email your current CV to . b) The page that is currently called “Our Team” should be called “People”. c) On all pages we would like to have it so the Copyright 2013 statement at the bottom automatically updates to the correct year. d) On all pages we would like it so that the fax number no longer is provided. Also the email needs to be changed to enquires (at) [login to view URL] e) At the moment the site does not have a CMS – we would like one to be added which will allow us to change the content of all pages including photographs. On the People page we will need to be able to add and delete directors, on the portfolio page we will need to be able to add and delete projects. f) Other than the content / CMS changes above we are looking for the look and feel of the website to be completely updated so that it looks professional and modern. 2) Building the new [login to view URL] website: a) Firstly we will need a logo created – we are looking for something professional and modern using the letters “KSA” in upper case or lower case – as an example we like the logo shown at http://www.dwf.co.uk. b) We will need the following pages: Home – Vision – People – Services – Projects – Careers – Contact – Terms & Conditions – Privacy Policy. c) We will want the look and feel of this website to be very similar to the new [login to view URL] website. d) For a guide of the information that will need to be included on the homepage please look at [login to view URL] e) For the moment the content of the other pages can be exactly the same as for the [login to view URL] website with the “About Us” content on the “Vision” page and the “Portfolio” content on the “Projects” page. f) Again we will need a CMS system that will perform the same tasks as with the new [login to view URL] website. Please can we have it so that when there are no Projects to be shown on the “Projects” page the link/button/tab to the “Projects” page is not shown on all the other pages. Now this is the important part: In your bid, please include your target completion date and also a sample of how you would see the [login to view URL] website looking complete with logo – this is important to me as from past experience many website designers appear to claim others work as their own on their portfolios – by producing this sample I know what you can produce.
