Point of sale suite of applications

*****VIEW THE ATTACHED FILE***** You will be assisting me in making a point of sale application for a few of my companies. I am trying to link them together. Attached is a file which describes what I want you to do. I want it to be programmed in Visual Basic so that I can see the forms and edit them if I need to change graphics or something. Must support serial pole display (logic controls), usb/parallel webcam. I have some sample code to look at and work with. I want an installer where I can select the application I want to install, and it will prompt me for the variables, and do everything for me... including installing SQL and everything I need to make this work. It needs to be VERY EASY to use. Also, timeliness is appreciated. I will have more projects for the programmer who does this for me, and will pay for many upgrades. I will need some sort of documentation for operation too. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform It needs to run on windows 95/98/nt/2000/xp. The database should be a SQL server. ## Deadline information I would like to be able to talk to the coder on the phone about this project. Preferable speak english well, and live in USA. Must make all graphics, and I want it to look really good.
