Employee Skills Database

I need an a complete application that tracks employee skills. An employee should be able to log into the system, input his or her data, upload a personal resume and other files, and then log off. The employee must be able to log into the system and to update his or her data and cannot be allowed to view anybody elses data; the application must be secure. The manager viewing the data must have the ability to search through the database(using key words such as name and experience) and print reports. The project was started in Microsoft Access, but was never finished. The database may remain in Access, but the front end of the application must be in VB. 6.0. I have started on the project and have included the Access version I have been working on, as well as the VB version. This is the basic format I need the application in, I have also attached an excel file that contains the information the employee fills out. Since the idea is already in place and some of the work is done, it shouldbe pretty easy to finish for someone who knows what they are doing!! I will be glad to answer any question and am open to any changes on design. We would eventually like to have the front end of the project web based, but in the future. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform The project needs to run on Windows NT 4.0 and Visual Basic 6.0. The database needs to be in Access 97.
