Convert Excel Spreadsheet to Visual Basic App

I've created a Excel spreadsheet that for all intents/purposes works quite well. I would like to create a slicker Visual basic App that will eventually be added as a component to a larger App that I am working on. The Excel Spreadsheet that I use creates a **ship list** of products broken down into different **loads** based on user input. The user input includes drop down boxes from which a variety of **assemblies** can be chosen. Then the **quantity**, **size**,etc are filled in. Based on these parameters it calculates the different materials and quantities required. since the same load can have different assemblies containing the same components it totals all these before placing them in the ship list, so you do not get the same products repeating themselves throughout the ship [login to view URL] materials that can be considered for this are now drawn from look up tables and pre-defined data, this works OK now, but I would like to change it to a editable database as the products and their specs change from time to time. I use this personally in my work for a employer, as such it is a personal investment and I am not able to invest large $'s but am willing to be reasonable and listen to any proposals. If interested seriously I can email PDF's of the **INPUT** spreadsheet and **OUTPUT** spreadsheet so you can see the scope of work better. Further, upon acceptance I will provide the entire Excel file for reference in developping the application. As such and in order to be fair and open I've decided to include the Excel workbook in it's entirety including the Data Worksheet and the Calc Worksheet so you may all guage the project more accurately. Furthermore, I would like to add or amend a feature. In order to keep the form brief I would like to be able "repeat" or add the different "assemblies" as necessary. i.e. For the Floor Joists and FLoor Wall assemblies now it allows up to 7 and 8 different choices. I would like to be able to add assemblies as they are necessary.
