Prestashop module and mods needed

We have a prestashop website. 1) We need a page like this on the website: [login to view URL] Where the client can redeem a voucher from one of the deal websites like groupon etc. We need to be able to add these names or subtract them on the admin side. Here are the details of the form: -the client can choose the product offer at the beginning of the form, then the rest of the form appears according to the product chosen, with the options we included for each form in the admin side. -then the options we can add to each form from the admin side are -All the same as the [login to view URL] -Plus the client can choose the size if applicable to the product -From the admin side we must be able to add or change deal sites -If we decide that there is a shipping fee for a certain offer we can add it and the client can pay it with the cart to our paypal address. All these options we must be able to add or subtract from the admin side. So in conclusion we have many forms, one for each product offer. We have one page on the site that takes care of that and when the client selects the product offer from the drop down menu, the form appears underneath. That is because we have offers coming from groupon and groupon sends us the hundreds of unique codes that they gave our customers and it would be too long to create one voucher for all these codes, because each time you create a voucher, you have to decide the settings and options of that voucher. So what we want is to create one voucher and decide its settings and options and then enter multiple codes for that voucher. So perhaps a php mod + database change would suffice. You tell me! 3)When creating vouchers for a specific amount, we have a little problem. If we create a voucher of 100$, it displays 86$ in the cart. I think it is a problem having to do with taxes or something. 4) Show me how to send the newsletter to my clients and where to edit it and make sure all clients receive the newsletter by default 5) At the end of the checkout, when it says other payment options, when the user clicks on that there is an error 404. We would like to have the other payment option as a phone number the customers can call. 6) We need to provide all these settings on two of my prestashop websites.
