Setup ISP

Hello, My name is Kyle Leissner, and I am planning on starting a new dialup ISP. I have just bought the domain names [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]; these will be the domain names I will use for my new ISP. I am looking for a very experienced programmer, not some kid who just learned how to program last month. Here are my requirements: • Have successfully setup an ISP before • Have experience in running an ISP • Be able to work weird hours and weekends • Provide you own computer and high-speed connection to work on • Be able to provide me with a phone number to contact you at, even though most communications will be via Internet • Speak English fluently • Know the business aspects of running an ISP • Must be very smart and creative • Be able to chat via MSN Messenger • Provide references from the ISP you worked at • Show samples of your previous work If you can not meet the many requirements above, please don’t bother to bid. Here are some of the many things I will need done: Install Radius Install Billing System Install Email Design Website Install Hosting service I have a breif description of what I want, but it is to long so I will I guess continue it in the Deliverables section: ## Deliverables Here are some of the many things I will need done: I will need you to create a website for fiberisp.com. The website must be very fast loading, because most of the visitors that will visit my website will be on dialup accounts. In other words, I want the website to be very small in size (bytes), so I don’t want flash or tons of pictures. I will provide the text (you may have to help a little with coming up with the text). As for colors, I will want the website to be shades of blue, green, black, and white. I want the website to be very smooth looking, and gentle to the eyes. It must flow together, and I want it to have a Windows XP look if you know what I mean. The site will have many links to other websites, so I want a link bar down the left side of the page. I would like the website to have a portal style layout. The most important thing is the site must load fast. I will need you to setup a hosting service on my server to host my main website ([login to view URL]) as well as many small websites, because each one of my dialup accounts will include x MBs of web space. I would like each user to have their own page. For example, say Bob signed up with my dialup service, and got the username bob. I would like it where it would automatically setup the webpage [login to view URL] (or maybe [login to view URL]) as bobs personal webpage where he can upload images, make websites ect… It would also be nice if we could have an online manager where the user could upload the pictures, and make websites online with an online editor. In other words, I want a [login to view URL] type of service for my users. You may have to program this, but there may also be (I am sure there has got to be) a script already out there that does this, I don’t know. I will need you to setup radius for authentication of the dialup accounts. I will be using [login to view URL] for my dialup network and the offer my proxy radius. I will need you to setup and configure a radius server. I have heard that [login to view URL] is a good opened source radius to use. You must know how to configure, use, and setup a radius server. I will need you to setup an email service for my users. I prefer Postfix, Cyrus, and (webmail)IMP for my email services. Users will also have the ability to add more email boxes. I will need a billing system that ties in with the radius server. The only outsourced billing system I know of is freeside ([login to view URL]) and it fits most of my needs, and ties in with freeradius. You will need to setup and configure this to work with the email, database, hosting, ect… It is written in perl, so you need to know how to program in perl. I have heard that it is pretty easy to setup, but I don’t know. I will need a signup form. I think freebill has one, but you will need to make the email account, webmail account, ect… (freebill may already have these features). You will have to integrate all these systems together, as well as the DB. I have no clue how hard this will be. As I said, you must be experienced. As for price, I like to go by the project. I am not sure how much this will cost. More than price, I am looking for a partnership. You would own a percentage of the company.
