We are working on WordPress CMS, we have around 1000 registered users, those users have to compete with each other on mobile application project, they have filled a form about them and their team details, and will updated their profile with PowerPoint presentation and YouTube link video, we want to create 20 accounts for judges, then have the ability to access a page so that we can assign each project to a judge, each project will be evaluated by more than one judge, there will be 3 scores that have value from 0 to 10, we have to see the average mark that is collected from the judges, then we have to see a page where all records with their marks and we can do sorting by mark or by country. Graph attached will explain the idea.
