Word Press Plugin - Squeeze Page (re posting due time waster)

This project is being posted yet again because the person I awarded the job too, was simply a time waster and didn’t reply to my mails, he didn’t even start the project.......

have completed 58 jobs without issue on this site and this type of thing never used to happen !! Now it happens two times on the trot……………

So let’s get going.

To come back to the project in hand, as a precaution, I post the following information prior to mentioning the technical details of the project that I require.

This is so that nobody is unaware of what it is I am looking for or is unclear as to what the details or our working relation ship will be.

1. If you have never completed a project on [url removed, login to view] then I am sorry but you will not be selected for the job. There is no need to bid.

2. If you have never successfully completed a project to build WordPress Plug-in or cannot prove this – you will not be selected for the job. There is no need to bid.

3. If you don’t have a demo website where you can show me the plug-in working prior to delivery – you will not be selected for the job. There is no need to bid.

4. If you do not agree to send me screen shots or mock ups of the wp admin and front end work that has to be completed, before you actually start coding the project you will not be selected for the job. There is no need to bid.

5. If you don’t know how to incorporate auto-responders/email opt-in's into a front end sales/squeeze page then also please do not bid.

6. Guarantee, as I require a WP plug-in developed, I will need you to guarantee your work for a period of sixty days. This means you stand ready to correct any issues which are found following delivery.

Payment

I will make a milestone payment of 10% once you have provided mock ups/screen shots of the front end (website ) and back end (word press admin facility ) changes that are required.

Once I agree the changes and you build what has been agreed and show me this working on your site in demo I will post another 40% milestone payment.

The final 50% milestone payment will be made once you have delivered the code and I have tested it to ensure that it works according to our agreement.

If you do no want to work according to the above payment terms, then please do not bid for my project.

Additionally this plugin has been almost completed by a previous coder who did not follow through to complete the job. And in the code which has already been delivered I need the following bugs resolved:

1. Integration with the Auto Responders

2. Ensuring the plug-in is kept separate from impacting other pages and posts on the site.

3. The admin interface must operate as per the spec, not as per the developers wishes.

The full specification which explains the project in its entirety is as already stated also attached.

I am prepared to pay 50 for the bug fixes, which for me are simple and another 50 for the new functionality, so this is USD 100 project.

Please, please, please post your questions first, rather than afterwards when I have awarded the project – this will prove to me you have read my documentation. Please do not send me posts saying that you can do the project and asking me to award the project without having asked questions.

All bids which don’t include some questions or further clarification on what has to be achieved will be ignored!
