Simple Lead Management Tool for my Call Center

Lead Management tool. This doesn't need to look pretty, the most important part is that it works, and is done fast. We can worry about cleaning it up so it looks pretty at a later date The most important thing is that it's setup and working. This should be a pretty simple straight forward project. The most important thing is that you can start right now and get it done in the matter of a few days. I have no time to waste, and it need working. I'll need to see progress as you work on this. I don't care what language it's written in. Also if you know of any open source, or pre-built software that can do this that is great. I just need a solution for my company. Check out the detailed requirement of what I need done.

## Deliverables

I need a program created that will keep track of everything for me. So when a lead, turns into an interview, and the interview turns into hiring the lead, there should be 3 check boxes next to the leads name in the system and a spot for me to write in the date for the new month that the lead remained working. When the month is up, I will check to see if the lead is still employed. If the lead is still employed I will login to my admin, and click one of the check boxes next to the leads name and enter the date. My caller will then be credited $100 to their account. My callers should be able to see how many people they spoke to, everything should be time stamped, they should see how much they are currently owned, when I pay them out it will let them know they have been paid, etc. It needs to be very detailed so they can see exactly what their ratios are. (of calls to interviews, to interviews to hires, to earning $100 for every month the lead remains).

My Callers should have a full admin that they can keep track as they are making phone calls with each clickable options. When my caller calls the lead, they basically have the goal to get the caller to come in for an interview but there could be a few different outcomes of the call:

1. The lead hangs up. In that case they will click a "hang up" button which will put the lead back into the pipe line so they can follow up in a few days. (I'll set a time for a hang up in the admin for it to get put back for a lead)

2. If the lead is busy and wants to reschedule a phone call, they will be a quick calendar that the caller will be able to set. Once they set a follow up, that lead will go into the pipeline until the time/date

3. The lead is not interested, the caller will click "not interested" but will put the lead back into the pipeline for a follow up in a few weeks. (I'll be able to choose the times in my admin which will be the time for all of the callers)

4. Lead asks to be removed from the calling list (this will permanently remove the lead from the pipeline)

5. No answer (click a button) and it will go into a pipeline to call back.

6. Number is no longer in service - will be put into another list.

7. The lead sets an interview. Interviews are 2 days a week Tuesday and Thursdays with a few time options, and if there are more than leads for 1 interview time that is ok. We do group interviews. So when the caller sets the appointment with the lead, this will show up in their admin area. It will also show up in my admin area so I know how many interviews/and who I will be interviewing on the days that my caller schedules.

My caller can also make any notes about the lead they called that will be saved. Basically I'd like all of the options laid out on the screen so that my callers can just click options for that phone call.

In my admin, I should be able to batch upload 1000 leads at a time. The leads should be automatically and randomly sent to my callers as they request leads. Whenever a caller requests a lead, it will be time stamped so that I will be able to see how many leads my callers called. I will also be able to see how many interviews they have setup.

The day of the interview, I can login and see a sheet that shows me all of the information about the lead who is coming in, including the notes that my caller made when they setup the interview.

In the admin I will be able to choose options of how the interview went.

1. The person didn't show up. (in that case, the caller will be notified that one of their leads didn't show up and to call them again right away)

2. The Person showed up but wasn't interested in the job.

3. The person showed up and showed interest and will think about it

4. The person showed up and was hired

The caller will be notified of how it went from my response and will appear in their account.

It should be detailed where I can see that Caller 1 made X amount of phone calls in a day between 8am and 9pm. I should be able to click on that number and see everyone who was called and see who hung up, set an interview, came in, didn't show etc. I should see how much money the caller has earned, and I should be able to enter in a payment amount and date that will remove that amount from the total and also log a check number so that I know who got what check on what specific date.

There should be a full time stamp system in place so I can see which user did what at what specific times.

I can create accounts for all of my users. I can also disable their account, view their stats, see how much they have earned etc. See when they were paid, how much outstanding, which leads they setup for the interview etc.
