Script Scan Monitoring - Email notifications - repost

Hi Freelancer, I need a tool script to monitoring some websites when some movement happens files in root directory as: deleted, inserted, edited, uploaded or downloaded. I would like to receive an email alert(with log) when any movement of files in the main directory. Options to personalize this tool: a) FIELD INSERT: url or website to monitoring: b) FIELD INSERT to e-mail alert; c) MENU OPTIONS: Set up Time to ping server scan; example each 15min or each 60 minutes. d) FINAL SCRIPT to upload the code/file/command in the root directory websites monitoring.
