I need a basic program.

ok I am acontractor for a tv service providers on a job, I may get for example 300 per the sale, 25 extra per tv 200 por equipment etc so I will create the customer work order in the program and ai will put each expected payment for each thing I did after I get pay, I receive a spreadsheet, so i will download it to the program, and the program will verify each item to see if I got pay right
