Video Script Site YouTube, Google Etc

I am looking to get a website built that would grab videos from all video sites similar to www.videoronk.com. The only difference is that I need the site to use a script to build a web format based on a category that is chosen in the backend admin panel. I would be able to add or delete as many categories in the back end as possible. These categories would display in a column to the right or left for the end user to choose and search. This site would pull from all of the same sources as video ronk when a user chooses available categories listed. There would need to be a search option, rating system and most viewed based on what users choose and view on my site. There would also need to be a feature for uploads from approved users like most popular scripts out there. There would need to be adequate advertising zones on the site. These would be on the main page (Various zones), when a video is playing (Various zones) and on the upload pages. These would not be google adsense. It would be adbrite or engage. In the admin section of the site, I would just do a script copy and paste into the designated zone, to get the desired effect. There would also need to be a section for featured uploads at the top that could be controlled in the admin section. Videos that are choose by the administrator From the end users view, it would sit at the top of all videos, but highlighted.
