CSS Web site and email templates

WHAT I NEED DONE: This is small web development project initially seeking the creation of CSS templates in DREAMWEAVER for CMS product - Business Catalyst and subsequent creation of other site module content. I require a MASTER template for the home page and a separate template for all subsidiary pages as well as an 2 email templates being for a Newsletter and email based on the imagery and style of the MASTER template. This project should be easy for someone who knows what they are doing and have experience with previous web site template development and particularly incorporating with the Business Catalyst product. Developers who are unfamiliar with Business Catalyst are invited to submit quotes for development of templates only. If so please state this clearly in your response bid. I am keen to see developers who can contribute positively towards creating a new web layout that is more professional and appealing than is currently provided. ## Deliverables BACKGROUND: I am seeking to replace an existing website at [[login to view URL]][1] that has been developed in flash with a HTML based alternative built in Business Catalyst. The new website is to be consistent with the branding that exists in the current website however the developer / designer is expected to provide more appealing design layout utilising CSS templates for web pages and email newsletters. The new website is not to include any flash intro page as is presently the case. DELIVERABLES: 1) Templates: We require 2 templates for the website itself as well as an email template consistent with the style and branding created for the MASTER template. All templates and styles are to be based on the images and colours fund in the existing website at [[login to view URL]][2] a. The MASTER template is to be used for the Home page and is to be professional and present a calming image and will have a Top Banner section across the full width of the template with a column down the LHS for the placement of the menus, newsletter subscription and any other information by way of adverts etc. The Top Banner will contain the business logo along with other images as is currently used. A narrow column is to exist down the RHS for placement of news items, special events etc. A Footer section is to exist at the bottom of the template for the full width of the template and will contain the details of the website owner and links as shown in the menu details section below. b. The secondary template will be the same as the master c. The email template will formatted so as to ensure that the email can be printed fitting in width on standard A4 paper without distortion of email content. Three (3) mock-ups of the MASTER template are to be provided and at least 3 revisions must be included. 2) Menu options: The proposed website structure is illustrated below: Home Page • Main Menu • Members Area • Is this you • Why Us? • Who we are • How we do it • Pricing • Buy Online • Forum • Contact Us • Links Footer Menu • Privacy • Copyright • Terms & Conditions • Site Map 3) Menu Style ??" All main menus must be immediately obvious by way of buttons/images or other graphical presentation consistent with overall theme of the website. The menu options in the footer will be simple text links to pages within the website. All graphic images and text used in current site will be made available. NOTE: We want original, creative design for this project. The template/design work should be 100% original and not copied from elsewhere. We are giving you these sites only as a reference. If we notice that you've simply copied everything, then we hold the right to terminate this project with you. SPECIFIC EXPERTISE THAT I AM SEEKING: You should strong experience with CSS & HTML. All files provided are to be W3C compliant html files TIMEFRAME FOR DELIVERY: I need to have your design in 2 weeks. If you are using Business Catalyst and providing content creation for main pages then please indicate duration for delivery of these services. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Templates to be developed are to work with Business Catals but solongas provided s tmwith mbedded css this will suffice
