**Cottage Rental website Specifications and Design Document only **We will be developing this Web site, but need help in the design stage to allow to submit it as a complete project. I need someone who can write an excellent design/concept, understand .NET, SQL, PHP, have experience in databases and website design. You will work with me on a scheduled daily basis by MSN to go over the design concepts and turn it into a proper project specification. There is no programming to do at all. This is totally organizational documentation, breaking a concept down into modules and defining the database structure for a third party to build and write. --- 1.0 DESCRIPTION, PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES OF WEB SITE 1.1 Overall purpose Helps to manage the business of renting chalets and vacations homes. Based on a dynamic database that coordinates the complete rental workflow and offering search results in a simple and effective user interface, it will be easily customizable for any regions and languages. 2.0 MAIN FEATURES 2.1 Simple and Effective User Interface 2.3 Dynamic Database ## Deliverables 1) Complete Design and Specifications document. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
