Small business requires a simple Online book/magazine library application with back-end database to manage issues, returns and "credit" usage against customer deposit for use of librrary service(s).
Customers should be able to query available titles, requests issues and see expected availability of items. Basic information such as titles/authors required - plus possible descriptions and cover images.
Customers need to be able to log in to make requests... plus see their available "credit" balance. Transaction volumes very low - estimated 10 - 15 only per week. Email advice on over dues etc desired - plus various "admin/mgmt" reports or queries.
Simple interface to add books/magazines and manage database and records a requirement too.

This is a customer "added value" service - not a major contributor to profitability - so a simple cost effective solution is required only please.
