I need a Sofware and web Designer to create a Web based multi-level marketing system design

**Description**: Web based multi-level marketing system design **Type of Person:** Software and web designer **Preferred platform:** MySQL, PHP or Perl **Details: **Product: We are selling several expert advisors (software for automatic trading of the currency markets).? The cost for the product is $1,500 USD then $300 per month there-after.? The people in the MLM will get paid both from the cost and the monthly fees.? We need to be able to adjust the %'s of each sale and monthly fee that we are paying the MLM members if we decide to change our minds from time to time. ## Deliverables **Details: **Product: We are selling several expert advisors (software for automatic trading of the currency markets).? We need to be able to adjust the %'s of each sale and monthly fee that we are paying the MLM members if we decide to change our minds from time to time. **Client Area:** We need a web based MLM management system designed so that people and sign up to our MLM online by providing their email address and a password as their login.? We'll need their physical and mailing address, phone numbers, fax numbers, email address AND who signed them up.? Users should be able to see the information of who is in their down line and how much money they have made.? The clients should be able to view a tree type display if desired. **Admin Area:** We'll need an admin area that lets us view and edit poeples information and who tracks who changes whose information and the time and date that the administrators make the changes. There should be 1 super user who can create and disable other administrators.? There should be an area that looks like an account money transaction tracker, like an account statement that shows, how much money the person is owed and let's us make entries as to when we pay them. The administrators should be able to view a tree type display if desired. We need to be able to print out a list of people that are currently owed money, people who have recently paid, etc.. **More Specifics:** 1. User roles and description of? each as it relates to your business.? New Clients:? Would be able to go to the public side of the site and view the product description, account results from the product, and a commentary of our 'word of mouth advertising pay-plan'.? They could either just buy the EA, or buy the EA and become a sales person for us. (and be placed in the down line) Network member:? Would be able to log in to buy the add'l EA's, view their 'down line', see how much money they've earned to date... essentially manage their business online.? They would have access to in-house blogs and trading community that shares ideas, results, new settings, etc.? The blog would be managed by an administrator of course. Networkers could also sell the product off the site and/or sign up new sales people into their down line. Admin:? There may be one or two levels of admin.? One would need access to the whole network for general questions about products and down line/business building inquiries.? This would include pay-outs, adding members.... everything.? The next level - well I can't think of one right now but I'm sure there is need for an extra layer of clearance. 2. Information regarding the process of a sales person signing up and ordering product. Networkers can refer people to the site to 'login' who aren’t members.? This way we can track who referred who by entering the salespersons email as the pass code.? It's would have more info access than the public, not as much as real log in.? The client can just buy the EA and the salesman gets a commission one time.? The cost is $1500 for the software and a subscription fee of $500mo for as long as they use it. If the new client wants to participate in the word of mouth-pay plan it's the same price only the salesman gets a commission plus the client is in the down line & a residual is paid to the sales-guy and the client is eligible for $$. There will be links to other 3rd party sites that are vital because we get commissions from them from our referral~? There will be sales outside of the network through our own internet efforts and off of VPS websites.? And other avenues.? They may be placed in the down line too if they want.? Notes from my partner: It would be nice if we had: a. ability to have the entire system put out on a web server account so that both the administrative login as well as the client side could be able to be logged into from the internet. b. The ability for people to sign themselves up as sales people on-line or for us to create their account online for them. c. The KEY or ID that we use to access someone’s account should be their unique email address and not some kind of fancy numbers. d. They should be able to see who is below them and what those beneath them have done in sales. e. We should be able to print mailing labels. And we should be able to post messages in these peoples accounts in some way, that they can respond to where their responses go to administrators accounts as well as one or more master email accounts. f. We should plan on paying out to people using [[login to view URL]][1] AND/OR we should be able to generate a list of accounts payable to people at any time and feed back into the system, manually or in some automated way (via a text file that can be read) who has been sent a check or paid via paypal or via wire transfer. 3.
