551746 Need Admin Panel & Function

My website already exist with the below pages. I need an admin panel created where I can add/remove content to the website which includes: Event Page Need a section that will display name, website address and phone number of content entered on admin section. There needs to be a search box where the user can search through the content by category or name. The company listed web address needs to be an active link that open a new window when clicked. The menu needs to be a cascading menu on all categories with the ability to add/remove categories and subcategories from the admin menu ------- Need to be able to add/remove rotating banners through out the websites from the admin panel. Banners need to rotate every time the page is refreshed with the ability to add a url hyperlink if the banner is clicked on and the option to if the link will open a new window or the same page Need completed in agreed specified time frame.
